As a SOUS CHEF you’ll be the right hand to the Head Chef, helping to craft and deliver an exceptional menu using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. You’ll ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintain
high standards of food hygiene, and mentor junior staff. This role offers a chance to innovate and bring your culinary ideas to fruition in a well supported environment.
You’ll need to come to us with a bit of experience but as a
CHEF DE PARTIE you’ll be running a section within the kitchen and picking up valuable knowledge and experience along the way as you continue your kitchen journey. Your role is integral to the smooth running of service and you will be a key member.
